Britain's Got Talent singer Susan Boyle wows Demi Moore. Every once in a long while, "reality" television offers up a moment worth sharing. Susan Boyle, a matronly, "never-been-kissed" 47-year-old charity worker from Blackburn, West Lothian, is the latest overnight star, thanks to her moving performance of "I Dreamed a Dream" from musical Les Miserables on Britain's Got Talent this week.
In her appearance, Boyle first charms the obviously skeptical judges and audience with quips about her age and attractiveness, then blows them out of the water with her pitch-perfect perfect performance.
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore added fuel to the sudden fire under Ms. Boyle by Tweeting about her, and at last count the video of her performance on YouTube had been watched more than 11 million times.
